Refund policy
Hello! Thank you so much for shopping small to keep us mom and pop shops alive! We want you to love everything that you order. With that said we encourage you to call our shop with any questions or inquiries about our products!
We will be happy to work with you under the event that you are unhappy with your purchase under the following circumstances. Items must still be in all original packing (undamaged), all tags still intact, and all items unused within 30 days of an orders ship date. Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges. Please note we do not offer return shipping labels at this time. Returns must include the original order number. Once we have received and inspected the returned items to ensure they meet our requirements we will issue a refund or store credit.

In the event that you have received a damaged item please reach out to us via email at shotgunnellies@gmail.com or phone at (509) 996-8030 and we can help you further! If you have received a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of your delivery with photo evidence of your damaged goods. If you do not contact us within the 48-hour period of your delivery and refuse or fail to send us photo evidence of your damaged items, Shotgun Nellies Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages and the customer assumes responsibility.
